There is no option to change the weapons in the game, when you sit in the vehicle, automatically gets switched to 1 hand weapon. You cannot change the weapon. After the end of ammo, you can’t use any weapon.
There is no option to drop the current weapon and get new weapons in their place.
Visit the Gun shop in the game, To go to the gun shop, look for an icon of a gun in the map of the game. Visit there to purchase ammo and weapons.
