Default control – Come near to the door or near the gate button, Press the Right Shift button on the keyboard to open the door in the IGI 1 game. To open some other doors, you may have to Press and Hold the Right shift button to fill the loading bar to open the door.
To close the door, Press the same button which used to open the door. Not every gate closes once opened.
General control – Either Press – Right shift button or the Left shift button to open the door. To open some other special gates, you may have to Press and Hold the Right shift or left shift button for some time to fill the loading bar.

There are many types of doors in IGI – wooden small doors, Iron big grill gates, Locker gates, etc. General doors are easily opened by pressing the Right shift button or left shift button, but to open some other gates, you may have to press and hold the Right shift button or Left shift button for some time to fill the loading bar, Once the loading bar finishes, the gate opens.

You have to look for – Activate, Just check in your own game, what is written on the right side of Activate. In my case – Right shift is written in my game’s control. that means I use Right shift button to open gates or doors.

About 99% of gates or doors can be opened by pressing the keyboard button, but some doors can be in locked condition. Now there are two types of locked gates, One is completely locked and can’t be opened, it is fixed in the game. Another is in locked condition but can be opened.
Not every door/gate can be closed once opened, Genrally wooden doors can be opened and closed by pressing the same button which you have used to open the gate.
