To open the interaction menu in GTA 5 game, you have to press a button, that button name is given below for each platform ( For PC, PS4, PS5, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Xbox 360, etc.)
An interactive menu is a Menu in which lots of features or options are available for applying in the game so that we can enjoy the game more and more.
Features like – you can use Director mode – for changing your character to cow, bird, LSPD police, some other character of man, Fire control man, etc.
In the same way, lots of features can be used using an interactive menu.

How to Open in GTA 5 ( online + Offline/story mode)
On PC Press – “M” button on your keyboard to open the interaction menu in GTA 5.
OR
On PS4 and PS5 – Press and hold – “Touchpad on the controller.
OR
on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S – You have to press and hold the “View” button.
OR
On PS3 – Press and hold – “Select on the controller.
OR
on Xbox 360 – You have to press and hold the “Back” button.
When you press the button, the interactive menu appears in the left corner.
