By default, Caps lock button on the keyboard is the button which you can press to Activate the Special ability of any character from these – ( Michael, Franklin, Trevor).
How to Use/Activate Franklin Special Ability

Very important information
As you can see in the right side – picture, a meter for a Special ability is given in the minimap of GTA 5. Currently, it is half filled. When you Press Caps lock, it gets starts to deplete. Once ended, you can’t use the special ability of the currently selected character, you have to wait for some minutes to refill the meter again or you can recharge by these methods.
This means the special ability of every character is limited, not unlimited, once the Special ability gets exhausted, You can either wait for some minutes to refill again automatically without doing anything or either you can instantly recharge/refill using these methods.
